When you complete the free diagnosis we receive the answers you give: your name, email address and phone number, your business type, revenue band, time in business, the problems you select, how long they have lasted, what you have tried, your budget band, your timeline, any free-text notes, the language you used and the page you sent the form from. We also compute a priority score from those answers so we can reply to the most urgent requests first.

When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your name as shown on WhatsApp, and the content of the conversation.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The diagnosis form keeps your answers in your browser's session storage only until you close the tab, so that the thank-you page can show the right next step.

We use the information to prepare and send your written diagnosis, to contact you about it by email or WhatsApp, and — if you become a client — to deliver the work. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or message us, and, for existing clients, the performance of our agreement with you.

We do not use your information for automated decisions with legal effect, we do not add you to marketing lists without asking, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.

Form submissions are received by an automation server (n8n) that we run on a virtual server under our control, and are delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery provider, acting as a processor. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own terms. We do not share your information with any other third party unless the law requires it.

Diagnosis submissions and the related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by accounting law afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information earlier at any time.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, give you a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect information we already hold will be communicated to you directly.
